When you order at our wholesale you can place the order by telephone or via e-mail. Everything having to do with sales or orders is still handled by Ron himself. He trades all animals we need at the wholesale. At the office we have short lines for communication, as we don’t work with different departments and a whole lot of people. This ensures we are able to rapidly answer questions and keep our customers satisfied.

In 2018 we had to make small steps towards professionalization and optimization. Therefore, we use order forms, which facilitates our existing customers to send their orders easily. For us this is easy to administer correctly to ensure as little errors as possible!

Delivery

In our team we have two drivers, these colleagues work every Tuesday and Wednesday to deliver all your orders in time. To guarantee well-timed delivery, we like to receive all orders before Friday afternoon 17.00h (MET, GMT +1).

To ensure that the animals are transported as quickly as possible we plan the routes efficiently and as ecological as possible to keep a low carbon footprint.

All year round we transport our animals with perfect climat control situations. All our vans are equipped with air condition, heating and ventilation to ensure optimal conditions for the animals.

All our vans are checked and certified by the RDW (Dutch Vehicle Authority in the mobility chain) and NVWA (the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority) for long and short transports with live animals.

Also our company’s vet Drs. Ing. S.Tj. Westendorp comes weekly to check all animals before they are prepared for transport.

Fairs

Every year you can find us at the most common fairs like Exoknaag & Terraria in Houten. Before the covid-19 outbreak in 2020 you could find us on the animal market in Barneveld every Wednesday, unfortunately we will not go there anymore.

On these fairs we bring all different kinds of items and of course our high quality animals for you as pet or as food. We always bring a broad range of items, from breeding cages to frozen food animals and from frozen chicks to live rats and reptiles.

We prefer to keep personal and direct contact with our customers. This is something that has always characterized our wholesale and which we value highly. Please don’t hesitate to contact Ron!
